FACTYN uses only the cookies it needs to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Here is the full list.

Essential cookies

• Session (NextAuth session token) — keeps you signed in after you log in. Without it you can't use the app.
• CSRF token (NextAuth) — protects sign-in and form submissions against cross-site request forgery.
• Callback URL (NextAuth) — remembers where to send you after login.

Preference cookies

• lang — remembers whether you chose English or Spanish for operator screens.

If live chat is enabled

When we enable our live-chat widget (Crisp) on the marketing site, it sets its own cookies so a chat conversation can continue across page loads. Chat is optional and only loads when configured.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the essential cookies above will stop you from logging in or using the app. Since we use only essential and preference cookies, FACTYN does not show a tracking-consent banner.
